Out From Within – Original – Acoustic Guitar

Here’s my second composition on acoustic guitar. The tuning is C#, F#, B, E, G#, C#
The equipment is a Taylor 810 Ce recording into a Presonus Blue Tube using an AKG C1000s blended with the Expression System. Thanks again for all the positive comments I’ve gotten lately. I hope you like it!

That is beautiful – with that unusual tuning not only do you get some very rich sonority in the bass register but the chord voicings are intriguing – but please don’t start me on re-tuning cos’ I have enough trouble with EADGBE ! ! !

I find it hard to believe that such a deep bass tone could come from an acoustic guitar recorded with a mic.
Is that the only thing you used to record!? No direct input?
Either way, Its another wonderful melody.
I like this idea, especially since you are able to take a usually linear instrument and turn it into something so full.
Always sounds like your playing a Bass and 2 guitars, lol.
