		<description>Yeah, more expensive equipment usually means better sound.

If you play a Gibson through a Marshall amp, you will get a way better sound than a Squier through a Line 6.

From what I hear Ibanez is a good brand, and you can get good tone with it.  The amp really does matter, some are way better than others, and can do different things.


You can probably get a decent Epiphone Les Paul for that price range.  It is no Gibson, but I&#039;ve heard good reviews about them.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>i bought a cheap 100 dollar guitar and it was fine but i think it depends on the brand you buy. of course if its a famous name there is a chance that it will sound better. i think in a cheaper guitar the strings are not the best quality. you should make sure you buy top quality strings and defenitly invest in a good amp. the amp that came with my guitar was a piece of garbage and i only use it when i travel.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
