i dont know why u …
i dont know why u say “u can use f dorian” over an f minor chord instead of the c aeolian. f dorian is exactly the same notes as c aeolian. ur right about focusing on the new tonality with each chord but i mean f minor is almost the same scale as c minor

a string tree is …
a string tree is just that little thingy on the guitar head that typically gives extra tension to the E and B strings so they stay on the nut better (on vid little above the Fender logo on the head).
Never tried it, but appearantly changing the string tree actually gives a different sound (more full if you use graphite) to the E and B strings..

in fact i have been …
in fact i have been for four years, excuse be for not knowing what a string tree is, and instead of being a dick you could have just said so, thats the problem with people on youtube it is the most anti social site ( i know that is not its purpose) but you’d think people could be a little civil. i bet that if you asked a few guitarists what a string tree was they wouldn’t know either. what is it, there’s a start, is it that much harder to be helpful.
