Can I put 2 guitar amps together?

If the Line 6 Spider has a right and left output (not earphone) on the back then used a normal jack lead from one of them into your marshall and put it on clean, whatever effects your have on the line 6 will come though on the marshall (if on clean)
this should work the otherway, but i dont know if marshall have the outputs

dont bother, sell them both and buy a bigger amp.

the safest way, is to get a "stereo" pedal
It will have 2 outputs,
connect one output to each amp.
You don’t have to play in stereo, but this "splits" the signal for you
