It’s so easy to tell the difference between Tube and Solid State, I completely agree with you.

Wow, how you can …
Wow, how you can even say that’s good tone, there is no depth in it…It is just flat and sterile… It is all mid-high drive, the low-end is so flat.

I know what the …
I know what the I’m talking about. And most people can’t hear the difference between a good tube amp and a model. I can hear the difference. The pod is good for practicing but is not something that I would ever use in a studio.

No. Preamp …
No. Preamp distortion is what you hear most of the time. Power tube tone kicks in at very high volumes. You normally can’t get your power tubes saturated enough unless you’re in a gig situation. Not unless you want to go deaf.

How many times have …
How many times have you seen a post on youtube were some guy has got smoking tone? Then some other guy posts a question asking the guy what amp he’s using only to find out the guy was using a POD or something of the sort! Then everyone is flabbergasted because everyone has heard the noobs talk BS about the POD as if they are experts! LOL! I honestly think the majority of people don’t know WTF they’re talking about!

I’m a big tube amp …
I’m a big tube amp fan! But I don’t think SS amps aren’t as bad as ppl like to let on. I love to play out of Boogies for classic rock, fusion, and even clean jazz tones. But I get very satisfying tones from my cheap little 15 watt Marshall SS practice amp at bed room volumes. I think the problem is that there’s a lot of noobs that can’t play worth giving advice! Naturally they can’t get a good tone out of a SS amp cuz they suck!

once again, waste …
once again, waste of time video. To those kids that listen to what this guy says in this video: this is more waste of money. Just buy a tube amp and don’t waste your time with “processors”. Leave that for your cpu.
