I dont know how to get online on guitar hero 3 for pc, people say that i have to sign up for a certain website but i dont know which. also when you are playing the game and you try to create a new account, where do you find/get the license?

You dont sign up for anything. You just buy it where all of the other pc games are sold——— in video game stores.
